4-3-2013 New Feature on Through the Eyes of Women’s Blog

Dear Fans and Followers,

new_khsu_logoAs you all know Through the Eyes of Women is produced for public radio station KHSU located at Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA.  KHSU archives our show for just two weeks on it’s website,   The station is working to develop a system that will maintain an entire year’s archive so that listeners can access and download their favorite installations of our show or shows that you may not have had time to listen to within that two week period.  We don’t know how long it will take KHSU to implement their archiving plan.  However in the meantime, Through the Eyes of Women has just gained the ability to incorporate mp3 versions of our interviews into our blog posts.  We hope this feature allows our fans and followers to more easily listen to our shows at your convenience, and to share our shows with friends.  Please be patient with us as we re-vamp our 2013 posts to include their corresponding mp3s for your listening pleasure.

The mp3s are large files and may take up to 5 minutes to download before playing, depending on the capacities of your individual computers.  Follow the prompts of the audio/music software programs you have chosen for your computers to play and save our shows.

We will be making two posts for each show.  The first, as usual, each Sunday preceding the show; and again on Monday afternoons just after our usual air-time of 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. PST.

Thanks to our wonderful family of listeners.
