February 6 and February 13, 2012 TTEOW Presents Fitness in the New Year: A Two-part Series

Halloween through Valentine’s Day seems to be over-eating season in the US.  And by this time of year, after gaining a few too many holiday pounds, we are ready to jump-start our return to healthy eating and exercise.  Your host, Kathleen Marshall, explores Fitness in the New Year in a two-part series.

Monday February 6 she speaks with Humboldt County Public Health Dieticians Barbara Howe and Colleen Ogle about nutrition.

Monday February 13 she explores exercise with local Zumba instructor Ann Youmans and HSU Pialtes instructor Lisa Jennings.
