Deborah Notkin is an immigration lawyer that was past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Notkin is listed in Best Lawyers in American, the International Who is Who of immigration Lawyers. She frequently lecturered on immigration law for the New York State Bar Association. She has numerous articles published and has appeared on many television and radio programs.
